Hey — I'm Ryan A. Nash.

Ryan A. Nash

I'm not a celebrity trainer or a bodybuilder with a million followers. I'm a father of four who once weighed 340 pounds, and I'm just someone who spent years in regular gyms watching everyday people work hard and still feel stuck.

You show up. You lift. You try to eat "clean." And somehow the results don't match the effort. The plans you find online are either too generic, too complicated, or built for people who already live in the gym.

A good personal trainer can help — but it adds up fast. Sometimes you're looking at $250 a month. In today's economy, most of us are trying to save every penny. Paying that much just to stay consistent shouldn't be the only option.

That's why I built this app — and that's why I built Jarvis.

I wanted everyday gym-goers — people trying to add muscle, drop fat, or just feel stronger — to have something that actually fits them without the big monthly bill. Jarvis is your personal AI trainer. It builds workout plans and meal plans around your schedule, your equipment, your goals, and how your body responds.

Jarvis doesn't just hand you a plan and disappear. It can become your AI workout buddy: it adjusts when life gets busy, checks in, keeps you accountable, and helps you stay consistent without the guesswork.

No fluff. No extreme diets. No programs that assume you have two hours, a private chef, or $250 extra every month.

Just a smarter way for regular people to get those gains or lose the weight — and actually stick with it.

If that's you, Jarvis was made for you.

Trust the process

Keep pushing

"Trust yourself. Make wise choices. Be patient with your progress. Work hard, and success will follow. Difficulties aren't obstacles, they're stepping stones. Embrace them, grow stronger, and keep pushing toward your goals. If I wouldn't have kept pushing, I wouldn't be the healthiest I've ever been in my whole life — lean body mass, entering a couple competitions this year. I feel blessed and I keep growing hunger for the next stepping stone."
